AVRA is not an emergency service. It does not replace emergency services, law enforcement, medical professionals, legal advice or trusted real-world support. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
1. Agreement
By using this website or the AVRA Android prototype, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. What AVRA is
AVRA is an early-stage digital safety platform that provides safety tools, privacy education, women's rights information, an AI assistant and community features. The current Android build is a prototype provided for demonstration, testing and feedback. It is not published on Google Play or the App Store.
3. Prototype status and no warranty
The prototype is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may be incomplete, may change, may be unavailable, or may not work as intended. Safety-related and emergency-related functions in particular are still being tested and must not be relied upon.
4. Eco AI
Eco AI provides informational assistance only. Its answers may be incomplete or incorrect, and it does not replace emergency services, qualified professionals, legal advice or official authorities. Always verify important information independently.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AVRA to harass, threaten, impersonate or endanger anyone; not to publish another person's private information; not to upload unlawful content; not to attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law permits; and not to redistribute the prototype APK as if it were an official public release. Community participation is additionally governed by the Community Guidelines.
6. Your content and your feedback
You keep ownership of the content you create in AVRA. By sending feedback, bug reports or suggestions, you allow AVRA to use them to improve the product without obligation or compensation.
7. Intellectual property
The AVRA name, logo, interface design, website and product content belong to the AVRA project, except where third-party materials are used under their own licences.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVRA and its founder are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on prototype functionality, including safety-related features. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
9. Changes
These terms will be updated as AVRA develops. The version number and date at the top show the current version.
